With the season opening June 1st Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife is allowing us to retain three Hatchery Steelhead per person while releasing the natives.
Fishing has been exceptionally good with little to no pressure from other Anglers.
Due to the extreme heat the last few days the melting snow on Mount Adams has caused the river to color up making it difficult to find the fish.
The extended forecast is calling for some cooler temperatures throughout this week which is going to increase our visibility in the water making it a lot more effective to target Steelhead.
If you’re looking to fish summer Steelhead in the Pacific Northwest give me a call or email below and get your trip booked!
I spend a lot of time on the water or out in the field. I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m able.
